Job purpose
- Accountable for planning and controlling all operational aspects of Abu Dhabi Plaza, overarching strategies and activities that ensure Abu Dhabi Plaza delivers the PPM targets; provides professional, value-adding input in creating a financially viable and sustainable asset investment vehicle.
- Ensure optimal PM margins are realized.
Roles and Responsibilities
-Deliver hard and soft services for operations as well as fit out phases; responsible for the pre-opening of Abu Dhabi Plaza in concert with the relevant internal and external parties and oversee all third party MEP works including tenancy fit-outs; serve as landlord’s representative for office facility fit-out.
-Serve as the steward of Continuity, Emergency and Disaster Recovery Plans as well as application of contemporary Energy Management.
-Maintain accurate asset and maintenance registry regarding equipment and other complex BMS systems.
-Create a schedule of regular evaluation of the facilities; maintain the BMS systems and equipment problem free; create Early Warning monitoring systems and programs regarding Mission Critical MEP services; develop a system or a special facility to enable cleaning, repair and maintenance of facilities and all equipment and systems; establish and ensure internal and 3rd party SLA compliance thereof
-Develop policies and procedures affecting the use of safety, supplies and replacement components; develop, administer, review and implement whole of life replacement programs; oversee all on-going tenant fit-out compliance; establish and maintain standards of operational performance.

-Develop, monitor and update the annual and period end Operations Budget performance; respond to variances; recommend and administer capital.
-improvement works; assist in the development of working and capital budgets
-Manage the various Operations disciplines.
RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Min of: 16+ years of experience
TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
-Able to conceive and implement strategic asset management plan.
-Strong leadership skills to ensure effective management of a large support 3rd party team delivering customer focused operational services.
-Bottom-line oriented with the ability to control costs and maximize efficiencies.
-Ability to negotiate and manage existing contractual agreements.
-Successful track record of leadership, well-developed negotiation and analytical skills.
-Demonstration of advanced communication, motivational and interpersonal skills at an individual and team level.
-Highly commercial, incisive, self-motivated, creative and comfortable in a dynamic working environment. Creative outlook, “can-do” approach, solutions-oriented.QUALIFICATION
