Technical Project Coordinator / Analyst

About the Role:

We’re looking for a smart, detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Analyst who will help us transition to a new version of our existing software system. Your main job will be to:

• Understand how the current system works (logic, features, and partially UI)

• Document all functionality

• Create clear and actionable technical tasks for our developers

• Track progress and ensure timely execution

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and map current business logic and workflows

• Break down features into developer-ready tasks (Epics, Stories, Subtasks)

• Communicate requirements clearly to developers

• Track progress and follow up on execution

• Coordinate with developers to clarify questions or edge cases

• Test or help test features to ensure they match the old logic

• Assist in partial UI recreation when needed

Requirements:

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar

• Ability to understand complex systems and reverse-engineer logic

• Good understanding of software development processes

• Familiarity with task management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Notion, ClickUp)

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and own the project tracking
