Key Responsibilities:

Promote and grow sales of spare and wear parts, as well as capital equipment, in Central Kazakhstan;

Identify potential customers and develop long-term business relationships;

Analyze market trends and prepare customized technical and commercial offers;

Conduct negotiations, client meetings, and product presentations;

Coordinate technical solution development and ensure alignment with customer needs;
-
Supervise the implementation of supply projects, equipment commissioning, and performance monitoring.
Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in the mining sector;

Strong technical background and understanding of industrial equipment;
-
English proficiency at intermediate level or higher;
-
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time;

Sales-driven mindset with strong negotiation and customer service skills.
