Key Responsibilities:
- Setting specific goals and reporting on KPIs
- Everyday content generation, editing, publishing (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
- Monitoring SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Working with other teams such as marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
- Communicating with subscribers, providing timely feedback, handling customer reviews
- Overseeing the design of social media accounts.
- Implementing new features to increase brand awareness.
- Oversee accounts in 7 countries and ensure consistency and quality of communication.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in SMM or digital marketing (with proven cases).
- Solid understanding of modern content formats and visual trends.
- Proficient in tools such as Meta Suite, Google Analytics, Canva/Figma, Trello/Jira/Asana.
- Experience working with creative agencies and production teams.
- Strong skills in metrics analysis, understanding of KPIs and report structures.
- Fast execution, high attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and meet tight deadlines.
- English — at least Intermediate level: confident written and verbal communication with regional teams and offices.
