Responsibilities :
  • to provide official workflow of the Technical and Logistics Department
  • to accept documents to be signed by Directors
  • to prepare and/or control the preparation of all necessary documents for business trips of Directors and Managers of departments; to prepare documents for visas
  • to prepare advance reports
  • to reserve tickets and hotels for the Directors, Managers and guests of the department
  • to arrange and coordinate business meetings hosted by Directors, including collection of necessary documents, informing participants on time, date, venue and agenda, and taking minutes
  • to provide timely and quality monthly reports and reports on Directors request
  • to translate the documentation and letters from Russian into English and vice versa and also interpretation if it is needed during the meetings
  • to perform SAP requests and administration of documents processing system.

Requirements:

  • work experience not less than 2 years a similar position
  • higher education
  • fluent English, knowledge of Kazakh is preferable
  • advanced user of MS Office, Internet, office equipment
  • knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • good communicational & analytical skills, multitasking skills
