A startup in the IT & Communications sector is looking for a full-time recruitment specialist/recruiter.

Conditions:

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM
• Salary starting from 800$ + bonuses
• Office-based work, young team, regular team-building events and corporate parties
• Paid vacation and sick leave

Responsibilities:

• Searching for candidates and mass recruitment
• Conducting phone and in-person interviews in English
• Employee onboarding and adaptation
• Handling documentation, maintaining spreadsheets, and preparing reports for management

Requirements:

• Fluent spoken English (B2 or higher)
• Experience as a recruiter
• Proactive and dynamic attitude
