An international consumer goods company is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead commercial operations in Kazakhstan. This role focuses on driving growth in both Pharma and Mass Market channels, managing a local sales team, and executing the go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement the 2025–2027 commercial roadmap

Develop and execute channel-specific sales plans

Deliver on Sell-In/Sell-Out and stock KPIs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Trade, Field Force)

Manage key customer relationships and negotiations

Lead and develop a team of Key Account Managers and specialists

Requirements:
-
5+ years of experience in sales management (FMCG/FMCH)

Proven track record in strategic execution and team leadership

University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Fluent or upper-intermediate English (or willingness to improve fast)

Willingness to travel within Kazakhstan

Strong analytical and negotiation skills

Experience managing performance across multiple channels
