About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative assistant to support the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating internal processes, and assisting various departments to ensure efficient workflow across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily office operations and maintain accurate records and filing systems.
• Manage correspondence, scheduling, meeting arrangements, and travel coordination.
• Assist in preparing reports, memos, and internal documentation.
• Provide support to HR, finance, and other departments as required.
• Ensure administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
• Experience in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in administrative or office support roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• English language proficiency: Intermediate level or higher (spoken and written).
• Work experience may range from 0 to 6 years.
