Responsibilities:
- Support Line Manager in ensuring compliance and reporting processes are in line with the Company procedures and policies.
- Provide all required support to the company/JVs in areas of compliance, planning and reporting
- Collect, analyze, and report on procurement compliance metrics and KPIs
- Good verbal and written working knowledge of English language.
- Strong knowledge of procurement practices, compliance frameworks, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Safety Leadership in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Negotiation and diplomatic skills.
- Ability to deliver business results within the context of the complex and diverse positions of multiple stakeholders.
- Awareness of Kazakhstan and international regulations which relate to procurement and ethical compliance
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, compliance, or audit (preferably in an oil and gas sector)
