As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our solutions, building scalable features, and delivering technology that serves tens of thousands of users daily.

Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Writer at Verigram located in Almaty, with flexibility for remote work

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, developer docs, API references, SDK integration guides, onboarding materials, and compliance-oriented content.

• Document biometric workflows (e.g., facial recognition, document verification, liveness detection) and electronic signature flows for various use cases.

• Write clear, concise, and accurate content tailored for audiences such as system integrators, compliance teams, and end-users.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with evolving technical features and regulatory standards (e.g., eIDAS, GDPR, KYC/AML).

• Support product releases with changelogs and release notes.

• Manage and evolve the documentation portal using tools like GitBook, ReadMe, Confluence, or similar.

• Continually improve documentation based on internal feedback, user behavior, and support insights.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a technical writer, preferably in SaaS, identity verification, cybersecurity, or digital signature fields.

• Strong understanding of biometric technologies (e.g., face match, ID verification) and electronic signature platforms.

• Ability to explain complex workflows and API interactions in a user-friendly way.

• Excellent written English and Russian skills.

• Familiarity with tools and technologies like Markdown, Git, REST APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI, Confluence, or similar.

• Experience working with Agile product teams.

• Bonus: Background or experience with legal, compliance, or data privacy documentation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience documenting SDKs, mobile/web integrations, and secure onboarding flows.

• Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to biometric verification and eSign (e.g., eIDAS, ISO 27001, GDPR).

• Exposure to identity verification, KYC, AML, or fraud detection processes.

• Experience localizing documentation for multilingual/global user bases.

• Ability to produce visual aids such as diagrams, flowcharts, or embedded videos.
