Company Overview: VOLTYX is a growing electrical contracting company in the California Bay Area, providing services to homeowners, commercial, and industrial clients. With over three years in the U.S. market, Voltyx is expanding and invites dedicated professionals to join our team.

We’re looking for: Reliable, communicative, and confident individuals to join us as remote call center representatives with strong sales skills and experience.

Your practice in English ends with your IELTS 7,8,48. We aren't concerned about your certificate, the interview will be with a native speaker, you will not pass the test if you have not had practice for at least 2 years.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of phone sales experience;

• Fluent and clear communication in English;

• Proficiency in Russian;

• Strong service focus abilities;

• Resilience in high-pressure situations;

• Attention to detail and organizational skills;

• Punctuality;

• Eagerness to learn and improve skills

• Basic computer skills;

• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage “hot” incoming calls and make outbound calls to hot leads;

• Operate within CRM systems;

• Provide thorough consultations on our services;

• Meet sales targets.

Work Schedule: 5/2, 8 hours per day, with night shifts!

Please note that we require a full-time employee. If you are planning to combine this with studying at a university or working somewhere else. Please do not waste our time, find something else.

Also note that you will most likely have to work late at night. You should be prepared for this and respond to calls from clients and colleagues within 50–60 seconds.
