What will you do:

  • Support in organizing business trips, if necessary, preparing documents for applying for a visa
  • Creating purchase requests in the 1C system, working with the accounting department, maintaining contracts with suppliers, monitoring closing documents, monitoring the issuance of invoices, accruals.
  • Working with contracts and assisting the contract department, checking contract drafts, accounting and maintaining contracts with customers,
  • Working with promotional materials: approval, monitoring expiration dates, destruction.

Requirements:

  • High education
  • English – intermediate level
  • Good communication skills, multitasking, proactiveness.
