Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations;
- Ensure accurate and timely transportation of goods;
- Manage inventory levels and perform regular stock audits to minimize shortages or overstocking;
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to negotiate contracts and resolve issues;
- Maintain shipping and tracking records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations;
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction;
- Develop and maintain relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and other stakeholders;
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and other regulations;
- Prepare and present logistics performance reports to management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations;
- Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP);
- Strong understanding of inventory management, shipping processes, and warehousing;
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills;
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
