Chief Data Officer

Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy for the company;

Promote data literacy and foster a data-driven culture across departments;

Manage and protect data assets, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance;

Monitor and enhance data-related KPIs, processes, and tools;

Guide data architecture and infrastructure decisions in alignment with IT;

Initiate AI/ML-powered analytics and insights for business efficiency and profitability.

Ensure alignment with local regulations and internal compliance standards.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an engineering school, university, or equivalent;

10+ years of professional experience in data-related roles (e.g., architect, analyst, developer);

Proficient in Python, R, SQL, Java;

Experienced with relational (e.g., MySQL) and non-relational databases, and data historians;

Deep understanding of data architecture, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and modern data stacks;

Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and data protection regulations;

Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
