Are you passionate about fostering growth and development in others? KPMG is seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Specialist to join our team in Almaty or Astana. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to design and deliver impactful training programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees. You'll play a crucial part in shaping our workforce's development through innovative training methods and evaluations.
As our L&D Specialist, you will:

Develop and maintain the Audit Learning Framework, coordinating both online and offline internal and external audit training, and assigning e-learning modules to relevant professionals.

Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness and ensure compliance with SOQM requirements by maintaining documentation in Qtracker and completing global reporting.

Manage logistics for large-scale, cross-border training events (up to 100 participants), including venue selection, travel arrangements, budget oversight, and smooth execution of multi-day programs across multiple locations.

Provide technical and analytical support by tracking training completion rates and effectiveness, preparing detailed reports in GLMS.

Oversee all training-related contracts, coordinating with external providers and ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
You're the perfect match for this role, if you have:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, HR or related field.

2+ years of experience in Learning & Development or professional training.

Experience organizing large-scale training events and managing logistics.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian/Kazakh is a plus.
