MC/PC/Comm System Administrator

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Proverlis software to manage, maintain, and optimize our Proverlis software.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for software configuration, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring secure and efficient operation of the platform to support business processes.

Main requirements:

• Administer and maintain the Proverlis software, including installation, upgrades, patches, and configuration.
• Monitor system performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Provide support for system-related issues, including user access, permissions, and troubleshooting errors.
• Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within Proverlis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and customize the Proverlis platform accordingly.
• Ensure data integrity and implement backup/recovery procedures.
• Maintain system documentation, technical manuals, and operational procedures.
• Perform routine audits and generate reports as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards regarding data security and system usage.

Main responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Database Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of databases
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
