QHSE Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring compliance with occupational health, safety, environmental protection, and quality requirements at the office and production sites

• Organizing and conducting HSE inductions, trainings, and workshops for personnel

• Participating in the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near misses; analyzing root causes and developing corrective actions

• Maintaining required HSE reporting and documentation

• Conducting internal HSE audits, inspections, and compliance checks

• Developing, implementing, and updating internal HSE policies, procedures, and documentation

• Liaising with contractors and subcontractors on occupational health, industrial safety, and environmental protection matters

• Participating in risk assessments and the development of risk mitigation measures

• Maintaining and improving the HSE management system in accordance with corporate and international standards

• Preparing and delivering HSE reports and presentations to company management on current HSE status and performance

Requirements:

• Work experience on relevant position at least 3-5 years with experience in international companies

• English not lower Intermediate level

• NEBOSH certificate preferable

• Offshore/rig experience preferable

• Salary will be discussed during interview
