Technical Planner

• Develop detailed job plans, task lists, resource requirements (manpower, equipment, tools, consumables), and timelines for upcoming projects.
• Create and maintain project schedules using appropriate planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).
• Prepare job packs, method statements, and execution plans for each service activity.
• Identify and allocate necessary manpower, equipment, and materials for project execution.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of resources.

• Provide technical input and recommendations on project scope, execution methods, and risk mitigation measures.

• Review client specifications and technical requirements to develop accurate and executable plans.
• Liaise closely with project managers, supervisors, and client representatives to plan work scopes and resolve technical issues.
• Support operations teams during project execution by adjusting schedules and resources as needed.
• Maintain records of job plans, schedules, progress updates, and project completion reports.
• Participate in project review meetings and prepare relevant planning reports.
• Ensure all job plans and activities comply with company safety standards, client HSE requirements, and quality procedures.
• Participate in risk assessments and safety meetings when required.

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial services planning, preferably within industrial services/operations.
• Strong knowledge of industrial service techniques, equipment, and job execution workflows.
• Proficiency in planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, job procedures, and client specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
