Native English Language Teacher

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Native English Language Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching English as a second or foreign language and be committed to delivering high-quality, engaging, and student-centered lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach General English and/or IELTS preparation courses to students of various age groups and levels

• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that meet students’ individual needs and interests

• Use creative and interactive teaching techniques to foster a communicative and immersive learning environment

• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback and assessments

• Collaborate with fellow teachers and academic staff to maintain high teaching standards

• Participate in school events, workshops, and professional development sessions

Requirements:

• Native English speaker

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field)

• TEFL, CELTA, TESOL or equivalent teaching certification is an advantage

• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (preferably abroad or in an international context)

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and classroom management skills

• Passion for teaching and ability to inspire students

• Punctual, professional, and team-oriented
