We're currently seeking a Hotline Specialist to join our GRCS&ORS (Governance, Risk and Compliance Services) team, who is eager to expand their knowledge and expertise in the field. In this dynamic role, you’ll leverage your expertise to handle calls in a fast-paced environment, maintain confidentiality, and provide effective solutions to issues and complaints.

As our Hotline Specialist you will:
  • Receive and handle incoming calls through the hotline (via mobile application)

  • Process written complaints submitted via email, WhatsApp and the hotline website

  • Clarify details with the applicant when needed and log information into the internal system

  • Maintain confidentiality and act with professionalism in all interactions

  • Communicate in a clear and respectful manner, even in emotionally charged conversations

You’re a great fit if you:
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a leading university in Kazakhstan or abroad (preferably in linguistic)
  • Are fluent in English/Russian/Kazakh
  • Have excellent communication skills and provide information in an efficient and accurate manner
  • Manage heavy calls flow and maintain professional phone etiquette, sensitivity and tact
  • Work independently and deal with all types of people
