Sales Manager / Closer – Lead Engagement & Conversion Specialist
We are looking for a proactive and organized individual who can manage incoming leads across all platforms, qualify them efficiently, and drive conversions through personalized follow-ups. Here’s what the role includes:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Response Across All Channels:
• Promptly respond to inquiries from social media, email, Telegram, and WhatsApp.
• Prioritize messaging platforms (especially WhatsApp or direct phone calls) over email to increase engagement.
• Greet leads with a friendly and confident tone: “Hi, we just received your request. How can I assist you?”
2. Initial Engagement & Call Setup:
• Offer an immediate call or share the calendar link to schedule a quick intro meeting.
• Keep interactions warm, helpful, and actionable to build trust and momentum.
3. 15-Minute Qualification Call:
• Conduct short calls to qualify leads by understanding their needs, eligibility, and urgency.
• Identify whether they are a fit for our services or if they require a more advanced consultation.
4. Upsell & Handover:
• Based on qualification, either:
• Upsell a consultation package (based on our existing offers), or
• Handover the lead to the senior team with clear notes and status.
5. Conversion & Follow-up:
• If the client is ready (e.g., for Meydan setup or similar), send pricing, steps, and documents.
• Follow up consistently until the engagement letter is signed and payment is received.
6. Lead Tracking & Reporting:
• Maintain a structured database (CRM or spreadsheet) of all leads, their status, next steps, and responsible team member.
• Ensure no lead is left unattended and that all progress is tracked.
Requirements:
• Strong sales and telemarketing skills — previous experience in selling services over the phone or online is a must.
• Solid understanding of web marketing and online client engagement.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
• Russian and/or Chinese language skills are highly valued.
• Professional, reliable, and confident in client-facing communication.
