Position located in Astana and reports to Director of Sales and Marketing

Job summary/Main responsibilities include, and is not limited by

  • Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing corporate/group/catering related opportunities with significant revenue potential
  • Manages group/catering opportunities
  • Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity
  • Achieves personal and team related revenue goals
  • Verifies business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery
  • Responsible for driving customer/guest loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer/guest experience
  • Provides service to customers in order to grow the account on behalf of the company

Candidate profile

  • High school diploma
  • 2 years experience in the hotel (5 star is preferable) in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk or related professional area
  • Languages: English, Kazakh, Russian
  • Technical skills: MC Office, Opera PMS – preferable
  • Highly motivated, self-motivated and energetic professional with the hospitality background and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • at least 3 years' work experience in a similar position in an International Hotel chain properties
