Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to co-develop structured training content and courses (learning design support).
- Coordinate onboarding, upskilling, and reskilling programs for analysts, tailored to business needs and career growth paths.
- Support training partner in the end-to-end implementation of learning strategies within the analysis domain.
- Monitor the effectiveness of learning programs by analyzing feedback, assessment data, and learner outcomes.
- Maintain and improve self-learning courses through tutoring support: answering learner questions, reviewing assignments, guiding group learning.
- Review certification forms submitted by employees and managers as part of the accreditation process, ensuring alignment with role expectations.
- Drive innovation through piloting and applying machine learning approaches in training development and delivery.
- Contribute to building and maintaining a domain-specific knowledge tree, structuring competencies and knowledge areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education, Business, IT, or Engineering)
- 2+ years of experience in L&D, or instructional design
- Understanding of telecom industry structure and BSS/OSS processes
- Knowledge of BA/SA work practices, roles, and skill sets
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset: ability to interpret learning metrics and course feedback
- Excellent communication in English (verbal and written)
- Experience in developing learning content with internal experts
- Interest or experience in tutoring or delivering occasional training sessions
- Familiarity with ML applications in education is a plus
