Senior Project Manager

Highly experienced Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact initiatives across our organization. The ideal candidate will possess advanced project management expertise, strong stakeholder leadership, and a track record of delivering results in hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) environments. Will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring strategic alignment, risk control, and value delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects/programs across business and technology domains.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Apply hybrid project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMI) to drive delivery excellence.
• Own stakeholder engagement across all levels (business, IT, vendors, external regulators).
• Conduct risk identification and mitigation, issue resolution, and change control processes.
• Drive governance, prepare project status reports, and facilitate SteerCo and executive updates.
• Ensure compliance with corporate PMO standards, policies, and audit requirements.
• Champion benefits realization and ensure business value is achieved post-implementation.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on project management experience with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Proven experience managing $1M+ budget projects, cross-functional teams, and global stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of project governance, budgeting, and strategic alignment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in digital transformation, infrastructure, or regulatory projects is a plus.
