• Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making and optimize financial performance.

• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and investments to ensure financial stability and growth.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and other financial laws applicable to the fintech industry.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to maintain accurate financial records and controls.

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or CFA certification is a plus).

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.

• Proficiency in financial management software, accounting tools, and ERP systems.
