Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end operational processes for cross-border truck shipments originating from, going to, or transiting through Kazakhstan.
- Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, trucking companies, customs brokers, and other relevant partners to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.
- Prepare and process all necessary export and import documentation related to cross-border trucking, including but not limited to shipping instructions and transportation documents.
- Monitor shipment progress across borders and proactively address potential issues or delays, such as border crossings, customs clearance, or road transport challenges, to ensure on-time delivery.
- Bachelor's degree (any field).
- Demonstrated understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, preferably with experience in cross-border trucking.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Working proficiency in English is essential.
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and cross-border documentation for trucking is a plus.
