We are in search of Regional Sales manager for international company (non-food, FMCG) to drive sales growth across Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Mongolia with a primary focus on Kazakhstan, ensuring strong collaboration with the distributor and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement operational strategies.
• Deliver on monthly and yearly sales targets (KPIs).
• Oversee budget planning and manage expenditures.
• Execute trade marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
• Enhance supply chain efficiency and refine pricing approaches.
• Boost sales performance and ensure excellence in store execution.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain teams to support demand forecasting.
• Engage cross-functional teams for retail execution support.
• Make regular market visits and lead negotiations with key retail partners.
• Collect and analyze competitive and market intelligence.
• Supervise distributor operations and internal sales team.
• Act as the main liaison with the distributor.
• Lead monthly business reviews and support capability building through training. - Требования:
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferebly non-food).
- • Demonstrated leadership in managing teams.
• Strong initiative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
• Fluency in English, Kazakh, and Russian.
