About the Role:

As an Accountant, you'll manage key financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Kazakhstan legislation. This role provides broad accounting experience, from invoice processing and receivables management to auditor collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial operations: Process invoices, manage client accounts, reconcile settlements, and implement collections.

  • Ensure compliance: Adhere to internal procedures and Kazakhstan legal requirements.

  • Analyze and report: Prepare reports, manage accounts, and analyze financial data.

  • Collaborate: Work with internal teams, clients, and auditors.

  • Improve processes: Contribute to refining financial procedures.

  • Handle special projects: Participate in diverse financial activities, including auditor liaison, document archiving, and tax reporting.

  • Support sustainability: Contribute to environmental reporting.

  • What We're Looking For:

    We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for accuracy and a desire to learn and grow. While specific experience in all areas is not required, we value a strong foundation in accounting principles and a willingness to develop expertise. Ideal candidates will possess:

    • A foundational understanding of cash management and basic accounting principles.

    • Familiarity with treasury tools and internal control procedures.

    • Analytical skills to identify key financial issues and propose solutions.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

    • A commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.

    • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

    • Fluency in Kazakh and Russian, Intermediate English.

Requirements:

  • A specialist with a higher education in
    the relevant specialty and with at least 3 years of experience in accounting and reporting, holding the relevant certificate, is appointed to the position of Accountant.
