Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and confidential administrative support
  • Assist with preparation of reports, presentations as required
  • Coordinate meeting bookings
  • Assist with administrative and office management projects when required
  • Coordinate teleconferences and video conferences
  • Order and maintain stationery, kitchen, and general supplies as required
  • Process invoices as required
  • Communicate and coordinate facilities issues and requests
  • Assist with the organisation of activities
  • Translation of documents

Education:

  • University Degree
  • Knowledge of English language
  • Min 1 year of simular experience
