Provide technical support to internal users via phone, email, or in-person for hardware, software, and application-related issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, connectivity, and peripherals.

Configure and maintain IT infrastructure in local offices and retail points of sale, including networks, routers, printers, conferencing tools, and other office equipment.

Set up and manage user accounts, access rights, and basic automations using enterprise tools and systems.

Oversee procurement, inventory management, and lifecycle tracking of IT equipment such as laptops, mobile phones, monitors, and accessories.

Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees through proper configuration of workstations, email, access permissions, and systems.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers, manage local IT budgets, and ensure compliance with global IT standards and policies.

Collaborate closely with the global IT team based in France and other regions to implement best practices and align with corporate initiatives.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and internal knowledge base articles to support business continuity.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT support or system administration.

Strong technical skills in both hardware and software environments.

Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to support non-technical users with clarity and patience.

Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work flexible hours or weekends when necessary.

Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and IT procurement is a plus.

Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.

Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a plus.

Work in an international company with its global headquarters based in France.
