Chinese Speaking Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with civil project managers to complete civil construction drawing designs.

• Oversee on-site construction activities, providing technical support and ensuring quality control and effective site management.

• Report on construction progress for local stations, circuits, and associated facilities.

• Support the selection and evaluation of subcontractors.

• Provide assistance with local language translations.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in construction; experience in the energy sector is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Kazakh and Russian is mandatory; knowledge of English and Chinese is preferred.

• Strong command of professional terminology related to construction, renewable energy, and electric power systems is required.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Proven experience in civil engineering, particularly with on-site work on overseas power station projects.

• Familiarity with the operation and management of concrete mixing stations, including quality control of raw materials and concrete production and pouring processes.

• Stress resilience is essential, as the work environment is fast-paced and may require working under intense conditions.

Conditions:

• Standard work schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off.

• The position involves a significant amount of overtime due to the intensive pace of work, and candidates must be prepared for this rhythm.

• Knowledge of the Chinese language is required.
