Responsibilities:

Media Strategy, Planning & Connection Planning

  • Develop and execute media strategies aligned with business goals for Carlsberg Central Asia and Franchise brands (beer, energy drinks, CSD, iced tea), ensuring reach, impact, and local compliance.
  • Manage media budgets, optimizing spend for ROI and tailoring plans for Export and License markets.
  • Create and implement 360° connection plans integrating traditional and digital media.

Media Buying & Placement

  • Lead Media Tenders for Export and License markets to secure cost-effective buys.
  • Oversee media buying across channels, negotiating placements for each product category and ensuring alignment with communication strategies.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all media channels for all product categories.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Lead digital strategies, integrating best-in-class marketing and e-commerce solutions for all product categories.
  • Oversee social media strategies and digital campaigns, driving engagement.

Content Strategy & Management

  • Develop and implement a content calendar for consistent communication across all media.
  • Oversee content creation for 22+ local campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and legal requirements.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of media campaigns across categories using KPIs.
  • Provide regular performance reports to PepsiCo and Pepsi Lipton International, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.

Market Trends & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor trends, emerging media opportunities, and competitor activities to drive innovation.
  • Implement best practices in media mix solutions and incorporate Dark Market insights for improved performance.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead and mentor a media team, ensuring high-quality results across campaigns.
  • Foster collaboration and development, optimizing team performance for year-round execution.

Marketing Procurement & Agency Management

  • Oversee procurement for selecting and managing top-tier creative, design, and media agencies.
  • Select and manage agencies aligned with brand goals, ensuring optimal execution across all product lines.

BTL (Below the Line) Communication

  • Lead BTL communications (promotions, activations, events) for seamless execution across all product categories.
  • Integrate BTL efforts into local campaigns to support broader marketing objectives and engage local markets effectively.

Collaboration & Expertise in Export Markets (Kyrgyzstan & Uzbekistan)

  • Adapt media strategies for Export Markets (Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan), tailoring them to local behaviors and regulations.
  • Collaborate with local agencies to execute campaigns, ensuring compliance and alignment with global strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with major in Economics/Marketing/ PR/Communications. Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 3 years’ of proven and progressive experience in a managerial position
  • Experience in creative media
  • Strong expertise in Digital media
  • Good analytical skills

  • People management skills
  • Fluent English
