Compliance manager

Responsibilities:

• Identification, assessment, and continuous monitoring of compliance risks associated with non-compliance with anti-corruption laws and ethical standards;

• Development and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and internal standards;

• Establishment and enforcement of disciplinary measures related to violations of the Company’s Code of Ethics;

• Implementation of internal and external controls to prevent concealment of corruption and influence peddling;

• Execution of due diligence and compliance inspections of counterparties in accordance with internal regulatory documents;

• Conducting internal compliance investigations in line with internal policies;

• Providing advisory support to stakeholders on the interpretation and application of anti-corruption legislation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or internal control;

• Higher education in Audit or Finance (additional legal qualification is an advantage);

• Experience working in international companies is preferable;

• Fluent English (both written and verbal).

• Strong presentation and communication skills.
