Описание вакансии
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with company goals and report to VM Manager of CIS;
- Manage a team of merchandisers, including training, mentoring, and motivation;
- Ensure alignment of merchandising plans with overall business objectives;
- Create and enforce visual merchandising standards for retail locations;
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize inventory planning and drive sales;
- Use insights from sales and market analysis to guide merchandising decisions;
- Develop effective pricing strategies to maximize profitability;
- Monitor and respond to emerging market trends and consumer behavior;
- Communications with Printing Agencies and ordering printing materials;
- Oversee visual merchandising execution to ensure brand consistency and appeal;
- Plan and support promotional and marketing campaigns with compelling in-store offers;
- Prepare performance reports and analyze merchandising effectiveness for improvements;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, logistics) to ensure seamless operations;
- Report merchandising performance and KPIs to senior management regularly;
- Monitor in-store product displays to ensure alignment with brand standards;
- Enhance the customer experience through effective and engaging product presentation;
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (optional);
- Good level of English or Turkish;
- 7+ years of experience in retail merchandising;
- Strong analytical, financial and strategic thinking skills;
- Proven track record of driving sales and profitability;
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills;
- Proficiency in merchandising software and tools;
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities;
- In-depth knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior;
- Experience with inventory management and supply chain processes;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities;
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel;
- Experience with visual merchandising and product presentation;
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Work schedule: 5/2 from 09:00 to 18:00;
