Responsibilities:
- Payment Processing:
- Execute timely and accurate payments to vendors and clients.
- Verify payment details and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain records of all transactions and prepare reports as required.
- Closing Document Preparation:
- Draft, review, and finalize closing documents for various transactions.
- Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to gather necessary information and signatures.
- Document Signing:
- Facilitate the signing of closing documents by authorized personnel.
- Ensure proper authentication and verification of signatures.
- Maintain organized records of signed documents and ensure secure storage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, management preferred.
- Proven experience in payment processing, document preparation, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English language knowledge (Upper intermediate preferred)
- SAP knowledge will be an advantage
Skills:
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
Working conditions: - This position is full time regular job and is supposed to 8.30 am – 5.30 pm.
