Responsibilities:

  • Payment Processing:
    • Execute timely and accurate payments to vendors and clients.
    • Verify payment details and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Maintain records of all transactions and prepare reports as required.
  • Closing Document Preparation:
    • Draft, review, and finalize closing documents for various transactions.
    • Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Coordinate with relevant parties to gather necessary information and signatures.
  • Document Signing:
    • Facilitate the signing of closing documents by authorized personnel.
    • Ensure proper authentication and verification of signatures.
    • Maintain organized records of signed documents and ensure secure storage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, management preferred.
  • Proven experience in payment processing, document preparation, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English language knowledge (Upper intermediate preferred)
  • SAP knowledge will be an advantage

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.


    Working conditions:

  • This position is full time regular job and is supposed to 8.30 am – 5.30 pm.
