ATU Duty Free was founded in 2000 as a joint venture between TAV Airports Holding and Unifree Duty Free/Gebr. Heinemann. It is a combination of airport owner/landlord, retailer and distributor/supplier that brings together the three core competencies of the industry and puts us ahead of our competitors.

Responsıbılıtıes

Process monthly payroll, including salaries, bonuses, overtime, leave payments, sick leaves and final settlements.

Ensure accurate calculation and application of payroll deductions (e.g., taxes, benefits, unpaid leave etc.)

Prepare payroll-related reports and respond to internal/external reporting requests.

Reconcile payroll data with accounting records (SAP, 1C ZUP, etc.).

Support audits by preparing necessary payroll documentation (including IFRS-related reports).

Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to payroll and taxation.

Maintain confidentiality of salary and employee financial data.
