Legal Consulting

Key responsibilities:

• Provide general legal advice and support with significant focus on Compliance
• Provide risk assessment
• Contract management. Drafting, reviewing in Company’s contract approval system, and negotiating contracts such as distribution, supply, sales, marketing services, information technology, procurement, and supply chain agreements, amongst others
• Power of Attorney management, including issuing in line with the Company’s rules, maintaining the PoA register
• Monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting current legislation to identify and communicate any impact on business in all CA&CAU
• Reviewing advertisement materials for promotional activities of all types (BTL, digital, OHH, instore, etc) for compliance with applicable regulations and voluntary obligations
• IP issues. Counterfeit monitoring and reporting to Headquarter
• Food law issues. Drafting the Product profiles in line with the labeling rules within the Region
• Collaboration with the Business associations
• Managing the legal databases and performing other legal tasks as assigned
• Assistance and reporting to Regional Legal Counsel CA&CAU.

Requirements:

• University Degree in law
• 3+ years Post-Qualified Experience in legal field
• Ability to focus on the result, make result-oriented decisions
• Strong analytical and communication skills (ability to present and deliver key messages and outputs from large amount of information)
• Creative approach to issues based on best practices, world experience and processes, the ability to generate new and original ideas without impact to compliance
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration
• Flexibility and deal with uncertainty
• Strong knowledge in trade law, advertising law;
• Computer skills MS Office 360
• Language skills English: Intermediate
