We are seeking an experienced Systems Integration Specialist to provide end-to-end development, deployment, and operational support for telecom-based systems, including Mediation, Revenue Assurance, and Fraud Management. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in software development, database management, and system integration, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide development and operations support.
  • Apply and promote industry best practices for site reliability engineering where applicable.
  • System/application testing and troubleshooting.
  • Liaise with multiple internal teams and occasionally external clients by building strong working relationships.
  • Proactively assign, manage and prioritize relevant support tickets on the ticketing queue.
  • Support application deployment for production services, and production monitor if any.
  • Ability to take ownership and become subject matter experts in various parts of the system.

Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory Skills

  • Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in system integration, development, or support, with at least 1 year in team leadership.
  • Programming skills in Java, C#, C++, or Python.
  • Database expertise: SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, MySQL, Redis, or NoSQL.
  • Linux/Unix administration (Red Hat ES) and shell scripting.
  • Batch & real-time data processing (file-based, Kafka, APIs).
  • Telecom domain knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills (Advantage)

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Zabbix.
  • Dashboarding & reporting tools (Power BI, Grafana, etc.).
  • Functional & non-functional testing experience.
