We are seeking a fluent Russian- and English-speaking Client Support Manager to handle incoming calls and live chats for our B2C business. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries promptly, and routing issues to the appropriate teams—no sales or cold calls required. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills, quick problem-solving, and a client-first mindset.

What You'll Do:

· Professionally manage inbound calls and live chats, ensuring timely resolutions.

· Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases as needed.

· Maintain customer satisfaction through empathetic, clear communication (written/verbal).

· Document interactions and assign tasks to other departments when necessary.

· Collaborate with internal teams to streamline support processes.

· Stay updated on company products/services to deliver precise, up-to-date support.

What Makes You Shine:

· Fluent in Russian and English (spoken/written) – mandatory.

· 1+ years in B2C/B2B support, customer service, or related roles (sales/cold call experience accepted but not required).

· Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills.

· Fast typing (50+ WPM) and ability to multitask under pressure.

· Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and client satisfaction.

· Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Bitrix24) is a plus.

· Patience, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in hospitality or high-touch customer service environments.

Shifts:

9 hours per day with a 1-hour break; Two Shifts Available

1st Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Dubai Time)

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Dubai Time)

One Off Day Per week: Fixed (not on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)
