Technical Support & Integration Specialist

What you'll be doing:

• Resolve customer requests (through multiple communication channels: the ticket system, messengers like Teams, Slack, Telegram; both in writing and via video-calls);
• Resolving internal Jira tasks;
• Consult both external and internal stakeholders on the platform's functionality;
• Interact with payment providers and internal teams;
• Study the technical aspects of interaction between system components and help eliminate deficiencies;
• Help colleagues from related departments connect new clients to our system;
• Managing the merchants' technical integrations: both helping to launch in prod (identifying their needs, suggesting best solutions amongst the available) till post-production assistance;
• Managing merchants' requests for new features & payment methods (managing & leading the communication between the merchant & internal business & prod teams).

Requirements:

• Technical Support experience for at least 2 years, preferably B2B.
• English and Russian at B2 level or better (both spoken and written);
• Analytical mindset, independence and ability to think logically;
• Ability to express one’s thoughts clearly both orally and in writing.

Good to have:

• Previous experience in Fintech, Banking or a similar industry;
• Experience with such working tools, as Jira and Confluence;
• Experience with log management software, like Kibana;
• Experience with supporting web services & API’s;
• Experience with Postman or similar software.
