Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Support, build and execute Marketing and Activation Plans that deliver significant business growth and improvement in our Brand Health KPIs working in close co-operation with the Key Accounts/Sales Team. Develop strong relationships with Franchise partners to drive brand KPI’s and sales within the individual accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide input into the creation of the seasonal partners’ plan, as well as the overall market plan related to the implementation of the Global campaign strategy and key calendar moments.

  • Align with Omni-Channel line manager on the creation of plans for additional country or partner specific omni channel marketing needs.

  • Support in the planning and gaining approval for the creation and execution of initiatives in line with brand guidelines for global and local moments.

  • Support high level execution of the seasonal partners’ marketing calendar to ensure that adidas wins at the point of purchase by category against the agreed KPI’s.

  • Execute product campaigns with a special emphasis on key destination doors, in close collaboration with the Brand Activation, Sales team, and Buying & Merchandising.

  • Create bespoke moments for relevant partners based on their category and commercial focus.

Omni Channel FRA Planning and Delivery

  • Prepare product display / zoning / VMD (Visual Merchandising Direction)

  • Check POSM in store on installation

  • Sell-in planning

  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders

  • Supporting store openings (Plug&Play zoning and POSM planning, POSM ordering, Store Development team relationship, actual opening)

  • Capacity calculator update for existing doors (twice a year)

  • Campaign and promo launch executions

  • EM Hub omni channel team

  • Market Omni-Channel agencies and vendors

  • EMC Buying & Merchandising team

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Marketing and sales awareness across sport and fashion, & lifestyle

  • Good collaboration ability

  • Retail expertise

  • Visual Merchandising awareness

  • Strong knowledge of visual design, merchandising trends, and best practices

  • Understanding of products, brand culture and image

  • Ability to combine colors, patterns, textures, and materials

  • Solution oriented personality who understands balancing brand equity and commercial relevance, & interest of channels

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • IT skills: Outlook, Excel, and Word: Basic; PowerPoint: advanced
