Head of Quality Control Department

​​​Responsibilities

Quality control department management.

Random quality checks of finished products, materials and components implementation control.

Quality and condition of technological equipment and tools control, as well as conditions of production, storage and transportation of products control.

Organization of work on recording the results of control operations, maintaining records of product quality indicators, defects and their causes and preparing periodic reports on the quality of manufactured products.

Implementation of measures to continuously improvement of quality processes in welding, painting, assembly shops, as well as the quality of manufactured products.

Participation in planning and coordination of internal and external audits.

Development and updating of quality procedures and work instructions control.

Development and monitoring of quality indicators.

Department budget control.

Requirements

Higher education - engineering and technical specialty.

Work experience: more than 6 years in the field of quality control and mechanical engineering.

Command of English on proficiency level (knowledge of Korean language will be an advantage).

Knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard.
