We are looking for the SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) Specialist to be a part of our Sales Operations and Capability Development Department team located in Astana.
What We Expect:
- Designing sales routes for Presellers by Territory Planner. Reviewing the routes and keeping them updated.
- Creating Field Management Tool routes for Sales Developers.
- To provide a well-functioning route planning, monitoring outlet data and GPS records and coordinating data improvements/corrections with field sales teams.
- Monitoring SFE results of related sales region, taking actions which should be taken by SFE Team and create action plans for Sales Leaders.
- Supporting Every Outlet Survey process.
- Regular Distributor visits & field visits for RTM studies & time and motion studies.
Qualifications:
- University degree
- Work experience: 1 year of experience in Sales preferable.
- Language skills: English - Upper Intermediate
- Advanced Excel knowledge, MS office confident user
- Competencies According to the Leadership Competence Model of CCI (IMPACT)
