We are looking for the SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) Specialist to be a part of our Sales Operations and Capability Development Department team located in Astana.

What We Expect:
  • Designing sales routes for Presellers by Territory Planner. Reviewing the routes and keeping them updated.
  • Creating Field Management Tool routes for Sales Developers.
  • To provide a well-functioning route planning, monitoring outlet data and GPS records and coordinating data improvements/corrections with field sales teams.
  • Monitoring SFE results of related sales region, taking actions which should be taken by SFE Team and create action plans for Sales Leaders.
  • Supporting Every Outlet Survey process.
  • Regular Distributor visits & field visits for RTM studies & time and motion studies.
Qualifications:
  • University degree
  • Work experience: 1 year of experience in Sales preferable.
  • Language skills: English - Upper Intermediate
  • Advanced Excel knowledge, MS office confident user
  • Competencies According to the Leadership Competence Model of CCI (IMPACT)
