Demand planner participate in company sales volume forecasting in the part related to sell-out forecast creation in different horizons and different granularity level to ensure company sales growth with effective usage of resources available, keeping balance stock level and reducing uncertainty for the parts involved into the forecasting, planning and targeting processes:

  • Sell-out volume planning

- Sell-Out volume planning by cities, sales channels, SKU, months, horizons (short term and long term) – by session/yearly

- Participation in the planning process and approval with Sales Team and Distributors. Monthly sell-out plans revision and correction

  • Sales forecasting

- Participation in the annual volume planning process (Initial annual volume estimate / Budget / SAF1 / SAF2)

- Participation in the Rolling Forecast process (monthly RF update).

- Participation and involving into the monthly sales forecasting process with a 20-month horizon

- Support S&OP process according to the process timings

  • Temporary projects

- Participate in temporary projects

  • Reporting

- Preparing and leading all necessary reports

- Provide timely reporting to Line Manager (weekly report, monthly, etc)

  • Work plan

- To fulfill work plan by timing set by the manager

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience in FMCG / Pharma companies on the similar position (with customer’s volume planning)
  • Understanding of key principles of working with sell-out/sell-in data is needed
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Experience of participation in S&OP (sales and operations planning) process or/and JBP (joint business plan) or IBP (integrated business plan) with customers, VMI (Vendor-managed inventory) with customers as a plus
  • Intermediate English
