Regional Field Service Senior Manager Asia Cluster

Responsibilities:

•Responsible for overall Profit and Loss for each field service team in the region, with a focus on utilization of people

•Responsible for setting up and managing cost budgets with the assistance of the Finance team

•Responsible for capital expenditure budget and strategy for Field Service teams in the region

•Lead and oversee all Field Service activities for the relevant Field Service teams in the region, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives

•Plan effective strategies for the financial success of the division

•Identify areas for improvement within operational processes and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity

•Provide leadership and guidance to regional Field Service teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning

•Oversee regional Field Service Teams in assisting sales with forecasting service sales targets and support the sales team in meeting these targets

•Working with sales, develop field service strategies resulting in long term service contracts

•Participate and oversee in pricing for new services in the relevant market area

•Meet potential clients for growing, maintaining and leveraging on current client network
• Continually refine and adapt the regional field service offering based on feedback from the sales teams, customers and changing market trends
• Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities

Requirements:

• Highly motivated & results driven business development professional with minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of winning new business;

•Exposure or knowledge of service engineering and Mining plants processing;

•Superior understanding of Service engineering in mining sector in the relevant Region, the criticality of plant availability and the ability to anticipate customer needs through maintenance planning and forecasting;

•Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite;

•English language knowledge B2 (upper-intermediate) and higher
