Job Description

Airbus Helicopters Kazakhstan Engineering (AHKE) is a subsidiary owned by Airbus Helicopters, the world-leading rotorcraft manufacturer. AHKE is based in Astana, Kazakhstan.

Roles and Responsibilities

The role and responsibilities for this position are:

Data recording

To capture and record update flight data (FH, cycles, events…)

  • To capture all flight log entries
  • To capture associated documentation: EASA Form1, logcards…
  • To update logbook, logcards…
  • To update Technical Publications
  • To keep records

Control & Planning

To plan, order and record maintenance tasks to be carried out in the respect of the maintenance manuals

  • To edit maintenance forecast
  • To edit work orders
  • To analyze work order after execution
  • To manage helicopter configuration

Maintenance Engineering

To develop maintenance program. To monitor, analyze and order the application of AD, SB, modifications, repairs….

  • To develop, revise, and customize Maintenance Program.
  • AD/ASB/SB analysis
  • Modifications (STCs…) and repairs
  • Maintenance event analysis

Fleet availability analysis

To monitor and analyze customer fleet availability.

  • To capture flight activity from our customers
  • To analyze flight activity data
  • To identify aircraft unavailability root causes and define improvement actions plan

Experience / Education

  • Technical aviation school diploma
  • Have an extensive experience and technical background on aircraft maintenance activities
  • Good knowledge of helicopters systems and technical publications
  • Experienced with Airbus Helicopters products and applications will be an advantage

Skills

  • English advanced (C1)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership skills to coordinate different stakeholders
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous and proactive
  • Availability for customer. Customer care minded, availability during out of working hours.
  • Adaptable and professional / positive behavior
  • Customer satisfaction oriented
  • High degree of credibility, independence, integrity, confidentiality and trust
