Operator (Equipment)

Requirements:

• English proficiency at Intermediate level or above;
• Secondary specialized or higher education (preferably in IT, aviation, ecology, or geospatial fields);
• Ability to travel with the Air Craft on a daily basis;
• Experience in a similar position is an advantage;
• Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and/or aviation equipment is an advantage;
• Proficient PC user;
• Responsible, detail-oriented, with the ability to quickly adapt to dynamic situations;
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment;
• High level of responsibility, communication skills, and stress resistance.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and upload the flight plan into the system
• Monitor the flight route in real time and oversee data from the installed Methane Gas Sensor
• Download collected data after each flight and transmit it to the analytics department
• Maintain a brief report for each flight
• Communicate with the pilot and ground operations team

Conditions:

• Five-day work schedule from 8:30 to 17:30 (weekends: Saturday and Sunday)
• Season work (May/Jun – Oct/Nov)
• City - Atyrau
