- To be a deputy/replacement in case of absence of Senior Manager – Tenant Relations, in all issues between Landlord and Retail Tenants, but not limited to, in conjunction with other departments.
- Coordinate all necessary retail lease management obligations and communications with tenants including penalty regulations.
- Support the Senior Manager – Tenant Relations in developing Tenant Performance Program.
- Ensure all tenants are complying with the Tenant Handbook and also ensure any operational requirements for tenants (fire lif safety obligations, maintenance obligations, etc..) are managed and appropriate communication process are put in place.
- Review overall retail footfall figures and detailed footfall analysis on store by store, zone and floor, analyse patterns and in conjunction with Marketing develop mitigation strategy measures (Retail Ops/Marketing) to improve footfall utilisation across the asset.
- Obtain monthly sales figures from all tenants, analyse patterns and in conjunction with Marketing and Tenants develop mitigation measures to improve sales.
- Utilising Footfall analysis, develop and implement commercialization strategy for Abu Dhabi Plaza.
- To be responsible for arrangement of Mystery Shopper program regularly.
- Assume daily point of contact for retailer relationship management for the mall tenant portfolio to include dissemination of information and the collection of sales data from tenants.
- Serve as an effective BI resource in providing wrap-around communication between tenants and all functional mall teams.
- Work with the Abu Dhabi Plaza Management Team to resolve issues with tenants; track, implement shop level tenant visitation schedule; conduct environmental sensing, analyze content and render recommendations;
- Research and gather Tenants' related information.
- Leasing support. Participation in leasing activities in commercial assets.
- Work intimately with Customer Service to identify and resolve common customer-tenant issues.
- Provide tenants with general information and conduct daily mall site walks
- Ensure all tenants and key stakeholders adhere to lease requirements in relation to standards and product offer.
- Lead Retailer On-Boarding, induction and orientation” training protocols to ensure an familiarity with Abu Dhabi Plaza policies and procedures.
- Generate Tenant Activity Management Reports and recommendations.
- Provide input to the Tenant Handbook.
- Updating the contact list and liaising with the Mall Tenants.
- Assist in the dissemination of information to the tenants on all operational matters
- Orchestrate effective relationships across tenants, landlord, customers, cross-functional staff, and broader community.
- Assist in the design, implementation and evaluation of tenant satisfaction survey.
- Recommend improvement initiatives based on survey results, site visits and tenants feedback.
Requirements:- Min of: 3+ years of experience in customer management, Tenant Relations in property management, hospitality or asset management business, large mixed-se development or malls.
- Experience in lease development associated with large commercial facilities (eg. centers, malls, airports)

QUALIFICATION
- Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, finance or a related field
