Your ‘day to day’:

  • Develop and implement back-office processes to create a fully operational remote interaction service with partners, aiming to implement the company’s commercial division strategy.
  • Ensure effective budget management for the back office.
  • Efficiently manage the back-office workload to maximize the business outcomes of the company’s commercial division.
  • Ensure the implementation, customization, and evaluation of new digital tools aimed at improving back-office efficiency.
  • Continuously improve the quality of operational work within the back office.
  • Ensure the effective functioning and continuous optimization of existing back-office processes, aimed at remote support for both the company’s field employees and partners.
  • Ensure the development of an efficient consolidation process and timely processing/coordination of requests from both company partners and field employees, improving the speed and quality of finding solutions to issues raised in requests.
  • Conduct timely training for back-office employees, providing necessary materials for training.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Higher technical/economic education;
  • Proficiency in English (Intermediate level or above, both written and spoken) is preferable.
  • Project management experience of 2 years or more;
  • Experience in a leading position of 2 years or more;
  • Experience in contact center management over 1 year;
  • General work experience of 3 years or more;
  • Preferable experience in consulting (Big 4);
  • Analytical mindset, innovative outlook, proactivity;
  • Knowledge and understanding of IT architecture.
