Job duties:

- Launch and management of after-sales customer retention programs/initiatives;

- Great deal of project management work;

- Management of after-sales customer service at dealerships;

- Motivating dealers (23) to promote customer retention products and take actions

to increase customer loyalty;

- Motivating dealers to drive customer traffic;

- Close communication with related departments within the company as well as an European head office and local dealers;

- Supervising a team of three.

Position requirements:

- Higher education in business or technical area;

- At least 5-year work experience as a manager in commercial organizations

(customer service in foreign companies is preferred);

- Great experience in project management;

- Strong structured thinking skills;

- High-level presentation (including preparation) and communication skills;

- Strong organizational skills;

- Advanced written and spoken English and Russian.​
